What happens if I exceed my tier's bandwidth?

The platform serves through the overage and notifies you in the dashboard. Sustained overage prompts a tier upgrade; we never throttle a live site mid-month for going over.

Can I bring my own certificate?

Yes — set tls.cert and tls.key in yourspace.yml and the platform serves your certificate while skipping ACME issuance for that domain. You handle renewal.

Are grants available for OSS maintainers and students?

Yes. The grant-application surface mints Indie-tier credit on approval; turnaround is two weeks. Apply from the dashboard once you've signed up.

Do reseller and affiliate partners get revenue share?

20% revenue share for accounts onboarded through a partner link, paid quarterly. The reseller dashboard tracks attribution and ledger reconciliation.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Indie and Team tiers refund the unused remainder of any month on request, no questions. Enterprise contracts follow the negotiated terms.
